SHIPP COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Welcome to the Shipp Community. Shipp aims to be a safe, respectful, and fun platform where users can meet new people through astrology-based matches. For our community to grow healthily, all users must comply with certain behavioral rules. These Community Guidelines explain the behavioral standards you accept when using the Shipp platform and the moderation policies implemented to ensure platform security. By using Shipp, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. Respectful Communication
The fundamental principle of the Shipp community is mutual respect. Users must contribute to creating a respectful, constructive, and safe environment when communicating with other members within the platform. The following behaviors are not accepted:
- Messages containing insults
- Harassment or persistent disturbing communication
- Threats or intimidation
- Hate speech
- Discriminatory or derogatory expressions
Astrology-based opinions or zodiac sign interpretations are part of how users express themselves. However, these expressions must not contain insults, humiliation, or harassment toward other users.
- Personal preferences such as "I don't like Aries men" are acceptable.
- However, insulting or aggressive speech directed at a zodiac group is not accepted.
2. Profile Information and Identity Accuracy
Profiles of Shipp users are an important part of the matching experience on the platform. Your profile may include the following information:
- Profile photo
- Age
- Zodiac information (Sun, Moon, and Rising signs)
- Short biography (bio)
- Occupation
Information shared by users on their profiles is expected to be real and accurate. The following behaviors violate platform rules:
- Impersonating another person
- Using the identity of famous persons
- Creating duplicate or fake accounts
- Manipulating with multiple accounts
Shipp uses AI-powered systems to detect fake or duplicate accounts and may conduct manual reviews when necessary.
3. Profile Photo Rules
Profile photos are a key part of the platform experience. User photos may be reviewed for platform security and community standards. The following content is not accepted:
- Photos containing excessive nudity
- Pornographic content
- Images containing the promotion of sexual services
- Inappropriate or explicit sexual content
However, the following content may be permitted:
- Beach or holiday photos, such as bikinis or similar content
- Shirtless photos of male users, provided they do not contain inappropriate content
- Photos where the face is not visible
- Fun or meme content
Photos shared on the Shipp platform may be automatically reviewed by AI moderation systems. If the AI system detects excessive nudity or inappropriate content, the photo may be rejected or removed.
4. Messaging Rules
Shipp users can message each other after a match occurs. In some cases, the platform may offer premium features that allow users to send messages without a match. When this feature is used:
- A user can send a message to any person they wish.
- If the other party does not respond, a message cannot be sent again.
The following behaviors are prohibited during messaging:
- Harassment or disturbing messages
- Threats or bullying
- Sexual harassment
- Requests for money or fraud attempts
- Spam messages
Users may share the following during messaging:
- Photos
- Videos
- Links
5. Erotic Content and Adult Services
Shipp is not an adult content platform. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Sharing pornographic content
- Escort or sexual service offers
- Adult service advertisements
- Redirection to pornographic sites
Accounts may receive a warning or be permanently closed if such content is shared.
6. Commercial Use and Advertising
Shipp is a platform designed for individuals to meet new people. Commercial use of the platform is prohibited. The following activities are not permitted:
- Advertising products or services
- Aggressive promotion of social media accounts
- Advertising platforms similar to OnlyFans
- Spam content redirecting users to other platforms
Such activities may be considered spam, and sanctions may be applied to accounts.
7. Fake Accounts and Identity Impersonation
Creating a fake account or impersonating another person on the Shipp platform is against community rules. Shipp uses AI-based systems to detect:
- Fake profile photos
- Duplicate accounts
- Impersonation of famous persons
- Bot accounts
When such accounts are detected:
- A warning may be sent to the user
- The account may be suspended
- For repeated violations, the account may be permanently closed
8. Reporting and Security System
Shipp users can report inappropriate behaviors they encounter within the platform. When a user is reported:
- The AI moderation system analyzes the report and related content.
- Suspicious content is automatically flagged.
- The manual moderation team conducts a review when necessary.
As a result of this process:
- A warning may be sent.
- Content may be removed.
- The account may be suspended.
- The account may be permanently closed.
9. Sanctions Applied
In case of violation of community rules, Shipp may apply the following sanctions:
- Sending a warning
- Temporary restriction of certain features
- Temporary suspension of the account
- Permanent closure of the account
In cases of repeated violations or serious security risks, Shipp reserves the right to permanently close the user account without prior notice.
10. Keeping the Community Safe Together
Keeping the Shipp community safe is possible with the contribution of all users. Users are encouraged to use the reporting system in the following cases:
- Harassment
- Fake accounts
- Spam
- Fraud attempts
- Inappropriate content
User feedback is of great importance in making our community a safe and respectful environment.
11. Updating the Rules
Shipp may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to improve platform security and user experience. The current version is always the one published on the Shipp website.
