SHIPP TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Welcome to the Shipp mobile application and website. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Faryelx OÜ ("Company"), a company incorporated and registered under the laws of Estonia, and you, the user ("User"), governing your use of the Shipp application and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Restriction

By downloading, creating an account, or using the Shipp application, you fully accept and agree to abide by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. Shipp is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Use of the application by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of Service and Entertainment Purposes

Shipp is a social platform designed to help users establish cosmic connections with others by providing astrological data, natal chart analyses, and synastry (compatibility) reports. The User acknowledges and agrees that all astrological analyses, interpretations, and compatibility scores provided by Shipp are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only, and do not constitute scientific, financial, medical, or legal advice.

3. Account Security and Community Guidelines

Users are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Maintaining account security is entirely the User's responsibility. The User agrees to comply with the Shipp Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, fake profiles, explicit content, or any behavior that disturbs other users may result in the permanent termination of the account.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Shipp may offer premium features, including Shipp Plus or Premium, via auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases.

  • Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew and are billed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Payment and Billing: Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Prices and terms are clearly indicated on the purchase screen.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be managed via your device's account settings, including Apple ID or Google Play subscription management. In accordance with store policies, the Company cannot issue direct refunds.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation

Photos, texts, and messages shared within the app constitute User-Generated Content (UGC). Shipp reserves the right to remove explicit, infringing, or inappropriate content without prior notice and to ban users who violate community standards. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish.

6. Limitation of Liability

Faryelx OÜ does not guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the app or your digital or physical interactions with other users.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
